工作职责: (1)Objective of the Job
Responsible for building the best client value propositions through developing and executing marketing campaigns and events, external communication strategies, as well as a holistic enhancement of branding and CRM collaterals, with the ultimate goal to enlarge customer base, increase success rate of customer prospect (转化率), drive customer satisfaction, enhance customer experience, strengthen customer loyalty and retention, and to build “Zung Fu” brand as the top-of-line dealer group in China.
负责通过制定和执行市场推广活动,对外沟通策略,以及品牌和客户关系管理抵押品的全面提升,其最终目标以扩大客户群,提高客户的前景成功率(建设最好的客户价值主张转化率),提高客户满意度,提升客户体验,加强客户忠诚度和保有率,并建立“仁孚”品牌作为顶级的线,经销商集团在中国。

(4)Principal Accountabilities
Public Relations Management 公共关系管理 在华南区有多年经验 跟各大媒体熟 危机公关(4S店)
-Manage relationships with different counterparts including relevant government bodies, BMBS, media channels & journalists, advertising agencies & suppliers for maximization of customer satisfaction and the Group’s best interests
BDC Strategies and Implementation BDC战略和实施(明年可能会有BDC职位)
- Develop strategies and management procedures for Customer Development, Marketing and CRM operations to strengthen relationship with customers, drive sustainable business growth and improve customer satisfaction & loyalty.
- Ensure consistent and effective implementation across Zung Fu China dealerships
- Ensure up-to-date marketing intelligence is collected / researched and shared timely with Operations management for effective business strategy development
ZF Branding
- Develop and implement Zung Fu branding strategies to position Zung Fu as the top-of-line Mercedes-Benz dealer group in China
Performance Management绩效管理
- Manage ZF China annual BDC budget and resources, establish and implement performance evaluation process for effectiveness of promotional efforts
- Manage job performance of subordinates, head of BDC or Marketing & CRM across all ZF China dealerships.
- Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to team members, build a strong team to deliver marketing services in areas of branding, campaigns, customer communication and event management
(7)Qualification and Experience (minimum requirement) 资历及经验(最低要求)
Qualification:-Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or business related disciplines. MBA preferred
-工商管理/市场营销/计算机/商科专业及学位MBA优先。
Work Experience: -At least 10 years relevant experience in customer development, marketing and CRM disciplines for luxury brands
-China automobile industry experience and knowledge of dealership operation is highly preferred
-在客户开发,市场营销和客户关系管理学科的奢侈品牌在10年以上相关工作经验;
中国汽车行业经销店经营的经验和知识者优先考虑
Other Requirement :-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
-Solid external network with media, journalist, government bodies, advertising agencies
-Proven experience in building employer brand
-track-record of successful e-marketing strategies / social media campaigns
-Solid knowledge and experience in marketing methodologies and performance measures
-Adaptive, innovative, and think out of box
-MNC experience or cultural-savvy
-Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with multiple stakeholders
-Strong personal integrity
-Fluent English, Cantonese preferred
