1.Develop new businesses prior to the agreed LRP while sustaining current business. Establish and maintain contact with OEM customers / Tier 1 suppliers, including engineering, purchasing, SQA and other areas of customer management.
2.Coordinate and lead the quotation process, prepare the quotes as well as to negotiate these quotes with the customer according company guidelines.
3.Negotiate, handle and push basically all customer related business cases or at least to support other departments in negotiations with the customer. Such matters could among others be the settlement of warranty cases, the collection of overdue payments, an arrangement about delivery quantities, cost tracking, contracts about general terms and conditions, prices and conditions, any kind of reimbursements, etc.
4.Provide timely communication to OEM customer / Tier 1 suppliers and departments when changes occur which effect customer's product or business.
5.Take part in the preparation of the Annual Budget and Strategic Plan and is in this regard responsible for vehicle production, volume and sales planning for its customer.
6.Prepare Sales and Marketing related concepts/strategies for management decision.
7.Support market research and marketing communication activities by providing market and competition information. 8.Conduct an intensive communication firstly with Sales & Marketing Manager China.
9.Ensure that all activities are in accordance to the Global Strategy of BW's Key Account Management.
1.University degree either in business administration combined with the understanding of technical matters or in engineering combined with knowledge of business administration matters.
2.At least 6 years experience in a similar position.
3.Familiar with Pricing,Cost estimating / margin analysis.
4.Key account management skill,Problem solving skills,Communication skills both verbal and written in English,APQP,Project management,Professional selling skills,Contract reviewing,P&L,Presentation and customer contact,Value engineering,Knowledge of plastics, metal applications.
5.Excellent knowledge of MS-Office software.
6.Intermediate English skill.
